As a child, I would go to church with my parents on Thanksgiving Eve. The service would always begin with the hymn "We Gather Together To Ask The Lords Blessing". To this day, I always seem to be humming those words as I prepare part of Thanksgiving dinner. I am blessed to have those memories, and blessed to have such a wonderful family both near and far away. I am blessed with close friends and good health. I am blessed with being able to enjoy freedom and live a comfortable life. And I am blessed with my faith. I am thankful.
